STORAGE REQUIREMENTS

MOTOR HOMES / RECREATIONAL VEHICLES / BOATS /CARS

All Vehicles Must Be In Running Condition

Current Registration Information

Proof of Ownership or Lien Holder Information

Owners are responsible for properly insuring their property when stored at TriMax Storage.

PROTECT OUR WATER RESOURCES: All vehicles with motors or other sources of petroleum products are required to have oil drip pans properly

positioned under the vehicle to catch any possible fluid spillage. TriMax  Has Drip Pans Available For Purchase.

TriMax Storage personnel are here to assist you with your needs in storing your property with us. Please assist us in keeping our facility

in a safe and clean condition. It is for these reasons that: Violations or noncompliance with any of the above rules and regulations results in an immediate eviction action.
