TriMax Boat, RV, and Business Storage is under construction at 167 Westchester Rd. Madison, AL. 35758 . The site is being built in 3 phases, our first phase will be complete and ready for occupancy on or around the 15th of July 2008.

 

Our project is designed to offer a practical solution and provide you the ability to securely house your valuable RV's, boats, business goods, personal Items, collector cars, or really, any items of value.

Project Features: 

Three sizes to choose from (15’ x 48’, and 20' x 48’ and 25' x 40') Each unit will be insulated and can be heated during winter for an additional fee.Three sided storage as well as open storage will be offered. Fourteen foot high roll up doors, electrical outlet and lighting on a fully improved, 5+ -acre landscaped facility with gated / restricted access 65' aisles between buildings. We are located just down the street from the Madison RV dealership and service center. 

Dimensions and General Specifications: 

There are three available interior sizes: 15' x 48', 20’ x 48 and 25' x 40' . The rear walls may be removed in the majority of these units, creating an ninety six foot long "pull through" unit. The lowest point of the ceiling is 15' 10".  All units have 12'(width) x 14'(tall) roll up doors. Premium 20’ units will have a pass through door.  

 

Electricity/Lighting:

One 120V/20A plug & four 4' fluorescent lights per unit. The common area will have fifty-two 175 watt lights throughout the facility for night vision and security. The front of the facility will have a 7' high Black Fence with 20' long gates at the entrance and exit. The perimeter of the facility is surrounded with a 7' high fence with barbed wire for security. Hose bibs are placed throughout the facility for water access. All units have fire detection.  

Restrictions on the use of the unit:

Protective CC&R's have been developed for the complex. A current draft can be emailed or hard copies will be available at the site office.

Living or working out of a unit:

The units are designed for the storage of personal and/or business valuables and the like. While you are able to access your unit at your pleasure, work on your vehicles, etc., having an active business (servicing customers out of your unit) or physically living in your unit does not fall within the permitted use of this facility.

Reservations:

Units can be reserved with a $50 per unit deposit. All improvements (paving, landscaping, etc.) will be complete within phase one.

As of January 2008, Phase one pre-construction pricing estimates are as follows:

~15' x 48': $205.00 Mo and ~20' x 48: $ 255.00 Mo with pass through door 25' x 40': $255 Mo
