TriMax Boat, RV, and Business Storage is under construction at 167 Westchester Rd. Madison, AL. 35758 . The site is being built in 3 phases, our first phase will be complete and ready for occupancy early  2009.

 

Our project is designed to offer a practical solution and provide you the ability to securely house your valuable RV's, boats, business goods, personal Items, collector cars, or really, any items of value.

Project Features: 

Three sizes to choose from 12'x30', 15’ x 48’, and 20' x 48’ ( 25' x 40' will be included in Phase III) Fourteen foot high roll up doors, electrical outlet and lighting on a fully improved, 5+ -acre landscaped facility with gated / restricted access 65' aisles between buildings. We are located just down the street from the Madison RV and Performance RV dealerships and service centers. 

Dimensions and General Specifications: 

There are three available interior sizes: 12'x30'covered, ~15' x 48', ~20’ x 48 fully enclosed.  The lowest point of the ceiling is 15' 10".  All units have electric 12'x 14' roll up doors. Premium 20’ units have a pass through door.  

 

Electricity/Lighting:

Fully enclosed units have one 120V / 20A outlet (120v. 30amp RV connection available) & four fluorescent lights per unit. The common area will have security lights throughout the facility for night vision and increased security. The front of the facility will have a 6' high decorative wrought iron fence with 20' long matching gate at the entrance. The perimeter of the facility is surrounded with a 6' high fence with barbed wire for security.  All enclosed units have fire and carbon monoxide detection.  

Restrictions on the use of the unit:

Protective CC&R's have been developed for the complex. A current draft can be emailed or hard copies will be available at the site office.

Living or working out of a unit:

The units are designed for the storage of personal and/or business valuables and the like. While you are able to access your unit at your pleasure, work on your vehicles, etc., having an active business (servicing customers out of your unit) or physically living in your unit does not fall within the permitted use of this facility.

Reservations:

Units can be reserved with a $50 per unit deposit. All improvements (paving, landscaping, etc.) will be complete within phase one.  

Our Site is ideally suited for the RV and Boat owner, the self employed who needs secure storage of their  business goods as well as inventory and collateral agents needing a secure staging area.
